- Data processing: We will never sell your data to third parties. Your data will only be shared with third parties when necessary, for example: to fulfill your orders such as with the delivery service of your choice. This third party will only receive the information needed to deliver your order.

- Creating an account: When you create an account to access our webshop, we collect personal information such as your first and last name, telephone number, email address, business address, VAT number, and core activity. This data is securely processed and stored in our systems to register your account accurately. You can view and update your details anytime through your account settings. Additionally, your orders, billing, and address information are stored in our secure database.

- Credit checks: If you choose to use a post-payment service, we may conduct identity and creditworthiness checks. - Collecting reviews: EuropeSpares may collect customer reviews in the future through the Kiyoh platform. If you choose to leave a review, Kiyoh will ask for your name, place of residence, and email address. This information helps verify your review and may be shared with us to link it to your order. Your name and location may also appear publicly with your review on Kiyoh’s website.

After placing an order, we may invite you via email to leave a review. For this, we may share your name and email with Kiyoh, who will use it only to send the invitation.

We have a Data Processing Agreement with Kiyoh to ensure your data is handled securely and in line with GDPR. Kiyoh may work with third parties, but remains responsible for protecting your data. For more information, please see Kiyoh’s Privacy Policy.

- Product stock notification
When making use of our product stock notification feature, you agree that we share your email address with our third-party provider, CMDC. CMDC processes this information on our behalf to register your stock notification request and to send you an email alert when the product becomes available. CMDC only processes your data for this purpose and in accordance with our instructions.

We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with CMDC to ensure your personal data is handled securely and in line with GDPR requirements.

- Please note: EuropeSpares is not responsible for how third-party platforms such as Mailchimp, Kiyoh, or other service providers process your data beyond the scope of our agreements with them. We have established strict Data Processing Agreements with all partners to ensure they comply with applicable privacy laws and uphold your right to data protection.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including legal and accounting obligations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized if applicable.
